Gluten Free Choc Banana Muffins

Just made the most amazing Chocolate Banana Muffins 💯 Made with almond meal they are allergy friendly and taste amazing 😍
Mix in a large bowl: 2 mashed bananas, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 1/3c pure maple syrup, 1/4c melted coconut oil 🍌
In another bowl mix 200g almond flour (I got mine from binn inn), 3Tbsp coconut flour, pinch of salt, 1tsp baking soda, 1/3c cacao, 1c dark choc chips.
Gently mix together wet and dry ingredients being careful not to over mix.
Place in lined muffin tins and bake for 18min at 175 degrees c. might pay to do knife check, when it comes out clean your good to go 👊
