All appointments are accessed through the Healthbank. When you click on"book now" you will be redirected to my page on their site. You can then book an appointment and download the app to access Telehealth. Healthbank is a Medical Software platform that ensures your information remains secure and confidential.
What to Expect
As a new patient this is a in-depth consultation designed to work out the best naturopathic treatment plan. If possible, you will ideally complete a comprehensive questionnaire at least a day before your appointment. This will allow for our Naturopath a few hours to review prior to your appointment. Following this a individual treatment plan will be supplied and any Pathology request forms will be given for further investigation.
Please allow an hour to 60 mins for this consultation. Food as medicine is a big part of our treatments, but part of your treatment plan may include the use of nutritional supplements and herbal medicines. These are of the highest Practitioner Only quality to ensure maximum therapeutic benefits. The supplements are not designed to be a long term solution and will be reduced and/or altered as soon as possible. This is based on individual prognosis and pathology results.
Please note: Full Payment will be required on booking or 24 hours prior to appointment. This is fully refundable if you need to cancel and have given at least 48 hours notice. If you are rescheduling, 24 hours notice must be given and this will be transferred to your next appointment or the cancellation policy applies.
