Deposit Required on Booking.
Our Naturopaths/Herbalists spend many hours reviewing your case and working on your treatment plan outside of the paid consultations hours. We understand your time is valuable, as is ours. This is why we require a 50 % deposit on booking in addition to holding your appointment.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services to cover the cost of the hours already worked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Rescheduling your appointment requires 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be moved to your new appointment time.
A final note:
We are vey understanding when you need to reschedule and out of respect for our staff we ask you to contact us if you are having any difficulties in paying or making the time allocated.
