All appointments are accessed through the Healthbank. When you click on"book now" you will be redirected to my page on their site. You can then book an appointment and download the app to access Telehealth. Healthbank is a Medical Software platform that ensures your information remains secure and confidential. box to start editing the content and make sure to add any relevant details or information that you want to share with your visitors.
What to Expect
This appointment is to ensure you are progressing towards a healthy outcome as outlined in your treatment plan. Long and short follow up appointments are available.
If you have new issues or have not been in for a few months, we recommend you book a long appointment, to allow us time to assess your health and make any changes to your plan.
Please note: Full Payment will be required on booking or 24 hours prior to appointment. This is fully refundable if you need to cancel and have given at least 48 hours notice. If you are rescheduling, 24 hours notice must be given and this will be transferred to your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your deposit will be fully refunded. If you reschedule your appointment your deposit will move to your next appointment and be taken off your consultation fee.
