Naturopathy is a medical practice of treating and preventing conditions in the mental and physical body, by using Mother Nature's best medicines. Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves naturally, with a little help from naturopathic treatments, using herbal medicines, natural supplements, homeopathies, nutritional and lifestyle advice.
Unlike other medical practitioners, naturopaths don't just focus on fixing one part of your body or symptoms with a 'quick fix' to suppress symptoms. .
They instead, form a treatment plan that suits you individually, by considering the underlying cause, pathology results, therapy goals, methods that may help achieve your goals and the time estimated or sessions needed.
Our clinical nutritionist works holistically to look at the entire person and evaluate symptoms to address the root cause of health challenges. Together we look at your food, lifestyle and environment, and make adjustments to help you have more energy, address blood sugar imbalances, improve quality of sleep, address hormonal challenges and much more. Nutritionists understand the science behind how the foods you eat can either help or hinder the function of your mind and body.
During your second visit (after your initial Naturopath apt)we will teach you the best foods for your current health status.

A plan will be specifically designed to your individual needs and will include guidelines and recipes.

At The Herb Clinic we are critically aware of the damage chemical laden products can do to our body. As we promote health and wellbeing, we use excellent quality, effective natural products in our therapy room.

Phone/skype consultations are available for patients unable to attend an appointment at any of our clinic locations due to logistical reasons.
Pathology test kits can be sent to your home address, where you can perform them in the privacy of your home and still get the results you need .

Following your consultation Nutritional and Herbal products can also be sent through to your home address if needed.
