Coconut Porridge

Looking for an keto alternative to porridge?

This has the texture of custard so not really a "porridge" but it is a quick easy breakfast to make on the go.



Ingredients:

1 egg

1 Tbsp coconut flour

4 tbsp coconut cream

pinch of psyllium husks

pinch of salt


Recipe:

Blend together in a saucepan over a low heat.

Serve with blueberries and coconut.

Enjoy:)
