One of our new #smoothiebowls perfect for a hit of protein post workout or just a yummy breakfast or lunch with loads of nutrition.
200ml Oat Milk
3 Tbsp Protein Powder (I used purple rice protein powder from RAW)
2 Frozen Bananas (large)
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Coconut
1/3 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Schisandra Powder
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy (frozen foods are the KEY to thick, creamy texture, so add more if necessary).
Transfer smoothie to bowl, add favourite toppings.
