Skin & Hormone Friendly Chia Pudding Recipe
Serves 4 - prep the night before so the chia has
swelled to its lovely thick creamy texture.
2 cups of milk of your choice
1/3 cup of chia seeds
1/4 cup of cacao powder
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Punnet fresh blueberries
dark choc chunks, mint leave for decoration
Mix cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla essence to
make a paste. Blend 1/2 the punnet of blueberries in a
blender till smooth.
Add the milk and paste to blueberry mixture and blend.
Add chia seeds and stir to combine. Pour into 4
separate dishes and place in fridge for at least 2 hours
(preferably overnight). Garnish with remaining
blueberries, dark chocolate and mint leaves.
