One of my favourite herbs, lavender has been traditionally used to help ease panic and anxiety for thousands of years, just the smell of lavender can evoke a sense of stress relief and relaxation.
This recipe combines avocado and banana which both are high in potassium which can help to reduce and regulate blood pressure. If you haven't tried lavender in your cooking yet, you must! 1 cup of frozen mixed berries ½ banana ½ avocado ¼ cup spinach 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped lavender or 1/2 tablespoon of dried, chopped lavender 1 cup of coconut milk 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract ½ cup of ice
Blend all ingredients and enjoy
