Black beans are rich in anti-oxidants helping to prevent free radical damage that can lead to inflammatory skin conditions. Also containing prebiotics and are a rich source of fibre.
Avocado is a rich source of healthy fats, Vitamins A & E and biotin, all needed for strong, healthy skin.
1 cup Black Beans (drained, rinsed)
1 Lime (juiced)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 1/2 tbsps Coriander (chopped)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed, finely diced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)
1. Add the avocado, beans, lime juice and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add the coriander, Jalapeno Pepper and red onion and stir though.
3. Place into a dip bowl and serve with fresh sliced vegetables and corn chips.
4. Great as an addition in tacos!
